OPC Cutter System
The Scheurich OPC Cutter is a system to mark the OnePointCut (OPC) and its colour indication point on ampoules. Different ampoule holders with fast change technology enable the application for any ampoule size.
The highlights of the system are:
- high cutting accuracy through the application of a diamond disc
- professional fixing system for a high reliable and stable cutting process and as requirement of a precise mark of the colour indication point
- low wear of the diamond cutting disc
- high-speed production of 100 amp/min (maximum)
- controller incl. memory for production data, counting and statistics
- suitable for retrofitting in the plant and completely new ampoule lines (OEM installations)
