Simple dosing of dry, powder and granular bulk materials

We manufacture dosing screws with screw diameters ranging from 30 to 100 mm and conveying lengths up to a maximum of 4000 mm, depending on customer requirements. We also offer versions in stainless-steel, with optional agitators and quick-release flaps.

Screw feeder DSR-10

  • Bin with 10 l capacity
  • The dosing capacity depends on the bulk material, screw diameter and speed:
       screw Ø 30 mm: 0.6 dm³/min (at 50 Hz)
       screw Ø 50 mm: 3 dm³/min (at 50 Hz)
  • Dosing lengths up to max. 1000 mm
  • Conveying screw driven by a three-phase gear motor
  • Integrated stirrer (Toothed belt drive)
  • Can be combined with closure flaps of DS-KLV and DS-KLG series

Screw feeder DSR-25

  • Bin with 25 l capacity
  • The dosing capacity depends on the bulk material, screw diameter and speed:
       screw Ø 30 mm: 0.6 dm³/min (at 50 Hz)
       screw Ø 50 mm: 3 dm³/min (at 50 Hz)
       screw Ø 80 mm: 15 dm³/min (at 50 Hz)
  • Dosing lengths up to max. 3000 mm
  • Conveying screw driven by a three-phase gear motor
  • Sleeve for capacitive level sensor
  • Optional: Stirrer with direct drive
  • Can be combined with closure flaps of DS-KLV and DS-KLG series

  • The dosing capacity depends on the bulk material, screw diameter and speed:
       fine screw Ø 35 mm: 0.9 dm³/min (at 50 Hz)
       coarse screw Ø 100 mm: 26 dm³/min (at 50 Hz)
  • Smallest dosing capacity: 0.2 dm³/min (at 8.7 Hz)
  • Largest dosing capacity: 45 dm³/min (at 87 Hz)
  • Construction in steel or stainless-steel deliverable
  • Low maintenance and service friendly
  • Optional: Stirrer with direct drive
  • Can be combined with closure flaps of DS-KLV and DS-KLG series
