Data traceability is essential today, especially where several components are brought together and mixed. Ideally, the production data is automatically recorded where it is generated.

Our SENTIS.NET® process control system records the process data directly during the dosing, kneading, stirring and weighing process itself. The core of the data acquisition is the digital weighing report, with the control and review of all important production data in the clear batch report.

A specialty of SENTIS.NET® is the integration of so-called “manual weighing stations” so that manual production processes are also digitally available and thus controllable and traceable.

The SENTIS.NET® weighing report ensures you following advantages:

Planning and design of electrical layout

From electrical planning up to world-wide commissioning, we create control systems with latest technology for manufacturing equipment from receiving materials to the finished product.

Piece lists, cable lists, circuit diagrams, terminal connection diagrams and cable routing plans are possible in all languages. We use the planning system EPLAN P8 as company standard, alternatives are possible on request.





Commissioning

Experts of our PLC office commission the pre-tested controls after integration into the overall system at site and assure for a smooth first start-up of the production systems.




Remote maintenance

We have developed the process control system SENTIS.NET® for administration and monitoring of various production processes in modern industrial companies.

  • Client / Server

    SENTIS.NET® is a client / server based process control system to administrate and observe various production processes in modern industrial firms. It integrates a variety of automation systems (such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Fanuc, etc.) and transfers reference data and actual values to the respective PLC.
  • MES and ERP

    SENTIS.NET® combines the function of an MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and parts of an ERP system (Enterprise-Resource-Planning) or rather is the interface to an ERP (such as AS400, SAP®, Blending, etc.).
  • Quality control

    SENTIS.NET® enables traceability of production processes of all components involved, from raw material storage up to the finished product. This ensures a verifiable quality control and therefore the product liability law is taken into account.
  • Production data

    SENTIS.NET® manages all production relevant information in a central database (MySQL, Oracle, MSQL etc.). Thus, it is ensured that all production lines access the latest data. This makes SENTIS.NET a „real-time process control system“.
