What has changed?
As of March 31, 2026, Mr. Oliver Ballweg (Authorized Signatory) has left our company. His departure has led to a reassignment of several key responsibilities within the organization.
Lena Eckel will immediately take over the Sales Management for Optical Inspection Systems as well as the Management of the Commercial Department. At the same time, Mr. Matthias Müller was appointed as an Authorized Signatory, ensuring that all necessary representation and decision-making authorities remain fully in place.
With the new structure, we are optimistic about the tasks, challenges, and opportunities ahead and look forward to the development of our departments together.
